Welcome baby Carson!!!

Here is the email we received today....

Hello all!

This morning @ 7:40am Heather and I were blessed with another healthy baby boy.

Carson Matthew DiBiaso
6 lbs. 11 oz.
19 inches

Carson is a bit smaller than Dayton was at birth, but he is a spitting image of his older brother. The planned C-section turned out to be a necessity, since his umbilical cord was wrapped around his neck three times and around his arm once. I now understand what Heather meant by, “This kid is really moving around a lot!”

Mom and baby are doing great!!!! And Dad is happier than ever…

Some of you wanted to see...

Here it is BEFORE:

Here is it after.....I need some art work on it. I am going to have Matt work on that over Thanksgiving! :)

Turkey Day Weekend #1

We had our first of THREE Thanksgivings this past weekend. Matt's family was all in town, and we had a great time. FIVE kids under 4 years old. A little crazy, but not bad at all! Also Matt's step-grandmother and her husband are in town for a couple of days so that has been fun spending time with them....we are glad Gigi and Hal came to visit...okay actually they are still here until Wednesday! Here are some pictures....

This is Elise and she is the oldest cousin...she turned 4 years old in September, but unfortunately she is an Ohio State fan...poor girl....

This is 2 year old Kylie...she also is a Buckeye fan, and here is her brainwashing mother, Jennifer. (Jen is Matt's cousin).

Ethan and Nanny playing with playdough. Most of you know that Nanny was a kindergarten teacher for many years, and on a weekly basis comes to our house to "teach" my kids! :) Nanny was trying to make all these fun things...like a strawberry pie, but Ethan well...he crushed it as soon as she was done. It didn't faze Nanny because she started over on a new item for him. They sat there for over an hour playing! Thanks Nanny we love you!

Here is Evan and Gigi...she was reading to him before he went to bed...what a cheeser!!!

We didn't get a good picture of Nina, but here she sort of is! She will be one in about 2 more months! She is also a OSU fan, but I think she is trying not to be...she had a big poop blowout on her OSU cheer leading outfit the ride over! Kari and Matt--she is trying to tell you something!

This and That...

Hi. Haven't blogged in awhile, and today I don't have any pictures to attach...I am just chilling in my borrowed recliner with my ankle elevated! I have been in this position for almost 1 week! Most of you know that I had ankle surgery last Friday, and it all went well. The doctor said that I had the exact same injuries to this ankle as I had on the other one! That is crazy! I am in a hard cast for 5 weeks, then a soft one for another week.

I just want to thank EVERYONE who has helped and who will continue to help us. It is hard to take care of 2 little kids without much help from their mom.

The biggest thanks I have is to Matt...you are awesome!!! Also thanks for Jennie for helping with the boys last Friday, Monday and for covering some of my work!! You are such a big help, and a great friend.

Thanks Kathi for taking care of me on Saturday and doing laundry..and bringing me meals, and drinks....and of course...your recliner!!!

Thanks to my mom and Grandma for coming down and entertaining the boys on Tuesday! Thanks for the food too!

Thanks to Matt's parents for watching the boys last Saturday, bringing dinner over, and watching the boys last night while I went to MedOne. Lucky me got thrush from the antibiotic the doctor gave me due to recently being told I had a heart murmur. :)

I know that I am missing some "thanks" out there, but thank you to everyone for their help!!
